Just stop for a moment
Breathe. Feel. Be.
Be with the wind
Be there whilst making breakfast
Be with the people around you
Just be honest and true
Accept. Surrender. Allow
Allow thoughts of any sort
Allow feelings of resistence
Allow happiness and joy
Just allow live to move in you
Leave questions of why
Just stop to try
And the searching-you will slowly die
Be the open and resistenless blue sky
Let clouds pass by
Be you and fly!
