Hibernate
Nature takes slowly its time
For it rests its weary head
Gathering strength for its next life
While all the leaves are shed
The stormy weather, rage on wild
After it, peace it will bestow
And in hidden, secret places
Life will softly grow
The trees they stand so tall
Though winter's grip is cold
You can hear silent whispers
Through the branches stories yet untold
Snowflakes dance like cute ballerinas
Settling on the cold ground
In the hush of slumber
Precious beauty can be found
The forest whispers patience
A lullaby of earth
A promise of tomorrow
A sign of new day's birth
Through frost and fleeting shadows
Through nights that seem so long
Nature's heart is beating
To a timeless gentle song
In every frozen meadow
Beneath the icy veil
There's a story waiting
Hidden in the gale
For life is ever-changing
Though it sleeps tonight
In the dawn of morning
It will burst to light
Hibernate and wonders
Let the world rest too
In silence there's a miracle
A strength that's born anew
The storm will calm its fury
And life will start to bloom
In the quiet of the season
Nature write its tune
