Soul Treasures

The situations in my life
do'nt come to bring me down

They come to make me strong
Go to smile from a big frown

The thoughts inside my head
Determine how it makes me feel

The situation maybe wrong
But what I think is what is real

My thoughts are mine to choose
each second a new

They may be many restless
Or they maybe peaceful few

I stop and think who I want to be
In any given situation

And remind myself how I felt
In peaceful meditation

That is what I cherish and that is what I choose
Before I start reacting because it's then I loose
