Hatred hides in shadows near
Don't let it come too close, my dear

In the grip of this hate's cruel sway

Shine with kindness burning bright
Hatred has no place with you
Love will guide and see you through

Open your heart, let it be guided by love
You shall feel that it lights your way through
You have to hold on tight what is true
Don't let hatred in, to destroy you
Just have to be the light
Love and you will be loved
You will shine so bright
Then you’ll see, you stand above

When the darkness closes you in
And you have the feeling it start to win
Then remember, love can conquer all
You have to stand tall and heed the call
Spread your arms and feel the morning rise
Hold on to every moments so dear
And catch that beautiful glow in your eyes
Embrace before they disappear
