 I saw her at a party
 she was very beautiful and sweet
 and when she looked at me
 I felt my heart beat

 a friend looked at me
 and said come on take a chance
 so I walked up to her
 and asked her to dance

 she said yes
 and there we go
 but I can’t dance
 so I did my best not to show

 at the end of the evening
