A heart of gold

 they say I have a heart of gold
 but is that really so
 I've been asking myself often that
 but the answer, I do not know

 I help those who need help
 yes that's true
 and for my loved ones, I will give my life
 that is what I also will do

 and of course my friends
 which always can count on me
 how bad the problems are
 I will never flee

 but as already told
 that does not mean I have
 a heart of gold
