Trust me the title might sound weird but it is not
It is the best thing one can do
I have been bullied for 15 years, but so have millions of other people. I want to tell the world,
don’t believe them. You are beautiful and worthy. Believe in yourself and those you love.
I know it’s hard, working on it everyday. Bits by bits I am getting proud of myself. I work out, work full-time and I have been meditating for over almost 10 years. Even when times are most darkest and in despair, there is always someone who loves you for who you are. People can grow from having doubts and that is good. But try and remember the compliments and the positive things as well. When you feel most useless you will eventually thrive! Namaste!!
